Meet The Team

Amy Wygans is a seasoned Community Association Manager with her CMCA certification and 15+ years of experience in the industry.

Born and raised in Hampton, Virginia, she began her community management journey in 2008 and managed Community Associations located throughout Virginia’s Peninsula spanning from Chesapeake to Williamsburg and James City County prior to moving to the Outer Banks. 

Driven by a love for the beach and enthusiasm for a new opportunity, Amy made an impactful move to the Outer Banks in July 2021. Joining the team at Association Consultants, LLC as a Senior Association Manager, she continues to excel in her role, leveraging her extensive experience and dedication to community management. 

Amy brings a wealth of professional expertise to our team, complemented by her deep-rooted passion for the coastal environment. Beyond the professional realm, she is a devoted mother of two incredible children, Victoria, aged 23, and Cole, aged 20.
