Meet The Team

Jennifer has been in the association management industry since the late 90’s. Throughout her career, she has managed a wide variety of community associations from low-income condominium communities to a high-end, large-scale community with a golf course and food and beverage operation. Jennifer has also served in various association management roles during her career, starting as an account representative at a small management company in Virginia, and worked her way up to Association Manager, Regional Manager and then Director of Corporate Training, where she was responsible for training new hires as well as developing and conducting ongoing training for existing staff.

Jennifer has earned the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certificate Board, and the AMS (Association Management Specialist) and PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Jennifer’s extensive background in association management brought her to Association Consultants in August 2023, where she serves as the Association Specialist. She spearheads new client transitions and coordinates all new client onboarding activities. Given her breadth of knowledge and experience, Jennifer also provides staff support and oversight of special projects.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and watching football (go Ravens!).
